will need to play with formatting, i don’t like what’s here now but if possible, it would be nice to have this all on one page / switch what’s on the left to the right? put contact on top, other info on the bottom or vice versa?

My fee is $200 for a 50-minute session. I accept cash, check, and IvyPay.
