about me

I approach this work with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. My practice is rooted in a nonjudgmental space where your story, identity, and lived experience are honored. I work in a creative, exploratory way—less focused on quick fixes or outcomes, and more attuned to your pace, process, and unfolding.

My lens is shaped by my own upbringing as a Bay Area Jew-ish, third-culture kid—experiences that influence how I relate to the world and the people I work with. As a trauma-informed somatic therapist, I work relationally with pre-teens, teens, and adults who are seeking a deeper connection to their inner world, purpose, and relationships—especially the one they hold with themselves.

Clients often come to me navigating overwhelm, struggles with boundaries, relational pain, grief, self-doubt, or the lingering impact of early neglect. Together, we explore not just the present-day experiences, but also the deeper threads underneath: family and ancestral patterns, developmental wounding, cultural influences, and the symbolic or imaginal layers of the psyche.

I hold a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychotherapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. My clinical foundation began at the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy and continued with immersive training in school-based child therapy, residential treatment, and integrative approaches to care.

My work is also informed by studies in herbal medicine, bodywork, yoga, and earth-based ritual. I believe transformation happens not only in the mind, but through the body, in community, and in relationship to the natural world.
